Moore Stephens North America Appoints Three New Members to Executive Board

Minneapolis, MN – Members of Moore Stephens North America (MSNA), regional member of MSIL, the eleventh largest accounting network in the world, have voted three new members to join the MSNA Executive Board.

Bruce-Zicari-Apr13.jpg“The Bonadio Group has been proud to be part of the MSNA Team for over two decades, delivering great value to our firm, our people and our clients,” said Bruce Zicari, incoming managing partner at The Bonadio Group. “I am honored to be appointed to the MSNA Board and look forward to working with my fellow board members, as well as the member firms, to collaborate, innovate and improve!”

In addition to Zicari, Patrick Fuelling, shareholder at Doeren Mayhew & Company, P.C., and Dan Natale, managing partner at Segal, LLP, joined the board, effective January 1, 2019.

“It is an honor to join the Moore Stephens North America Board of Directors and to work closely with accomplished, member firm leadership from across North America,” said Natale. “Since joining MSNA, Segal LLP has developed strong, mutually rewarding relationships with member firms across the association and I look forward to working with my colleagues on the board to help MSNA and its members meet our goals.”

The executive board is democratically elected by their peers to set the direction for North America, so clients are assured the same professional standards and quality services are provided everywhere.

“Each new board provides a unique set of insights and perspectives to propel our association forward, and the addition of Bruce, Pat and Dan will certainly keep that momentum going,” said Tony Szczepaniak, chief executive officer of MSNA.

The executive board consists of nine members; in addition to Zicari, Fuelling and Natale, Andy Armanino, managing partner of Armanino LLP, and Tony Caleca, managing partner of Brown Smith Wallace LLP, will remain on as chair and vice-chair, respectively. Also retaining their seats on the board are Lou Grassi, CEO and managing partner of Grassi & Co., Rick Davis, CEO of Elliott Davis, Cheryle Burke, COO of DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP, and Beth Leonard, managing partner of Lurie LLP.

Leveraging a network of specialized resources across the globe has helped us gain opportunities we might not have otherwise been able to,” said Fuelling. “I am honored and excited to work with other leading industry executives to help drive the next era of growth and opportunities for the association’s member firms.”

Leaving the board is Greg Hutchins, partner at HCVT.

“Greg played a large role in the advancement of our association,” said Szczepaniak. “We thank him for his dedication and continue to look to his leadership as our association continues to collaborate, innovate and improve.”
