New York (Jan 14, 2020) – Citrin Cooperman announced today the firm’s continued expansion in Southern California with the joining of LGSH, LLP, one of the largest CPA firms in the San Fernando Valley. The deal became effective January 1, 2020. The deal will provide Citrin Cooperman with a location in Encino, CA and the addition of 10 partners and 55 staff. Steve Lacher and Daniel Howard will join as co-managing partners of the Encino office and Howard will join the firm’s Executive Committee.

LGSH, LLP provides tax, audit, litigation support, business management, and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, technology, professional services, and agriculture. Their clients consist of global companies, attorneys, doctors, entertainment executives, and established companies, as well as emerging businesses.

nd largest firm in the country, will now have over 100 people, including 14 partners, across three offices in Los Angeles. The firm opened their first West Coast location in June of 2019 in Westwood, Los Angeles, followed by a Beverly Hills location in December of 2019.
