Andrew has over 30 years of professional experience in public practice gained in the international marketplace working in the United Kingdom, the Falkland Islands and Canada. Within the firms' Buisness Advisory Services group, Andrew's main focus centres on acquisiitons and divestitures and assisting clients raise capital. As a member of the firm's Valuation and Litigation Support group, Andrew provides a wide range of services including business and share valuations, Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOP's) and Litigation Support in matrimonial issues, shareholder disputes, buy-sell agreements, damage quantification, personal injury and business losses. Andrew has been qualified in the Court of Queens Bench of Alberta, Canada, as an expert witness in valuation matters and damage quantification. In addition, Andrew works extensively with First Nations groups on governance, infrastructure project managemnt, economic development and budgetary implementation.
