Don provides tax advice to companies and their shareholders from very early stage, helping them become successful private or public enterprises with both local and international business. He has extensive experience advising with respect to foreign (including US) business operations, tax credits, equity compensation, trusts and shareholder planning. Don is a graduate of the University of Manitoba.
