Eli obtained his CA designation at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Toronto, where he worked in the business advisory and assurance practices. At Segal Eli is primarily responsible for leading some of the firm’s largest audit and assurance engagements. Eli specializes in delivering financial advisory services in areas including mergers and acquisitions, cash-flow projections, and tax planning. Eli has experience in various industries including manufacturing and distributing, financial services, real estate, information technology and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Eli plays an active role in the firm’s marketing and business development. Significant Experience and Accomplishments: Preparation of business plans, financial packages and budget reports to assist with client financing and restructuring. Preparation of due diligence reports and financial analysis to facilitate mergers & acquisitions for sell-side and buy-side clients. Community Involvement: Member of the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
