Howard is a Partner in Beene Garter's Audit Services department. During his 26 years as a Certified Public Accountant, Howard has been putting his talents to use in serving many clients. Howard has over 26 years of experience serving many large, family-owned businesses, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He specializes in the areas of LIFO inventory, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow analysis, operational assessments and advises in multi-family housing audits. Howard also oversees all employee benefit plan audit engagements performed by Beene Garter. Howard recognizes that clients have varying needs and stresses the importance of providing clients with services tailored specifically to their business. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA), The Right Place, Inc., the West Michigan Association of Financial Professionals (WMAFP) and the West coast Chamber of Commerce.
