Mark Fagan is a partner of the firm's White Plains, NY office. With over 30 years of audit, accounting and business advisory experience, Mark has developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions, and in consulting with private and private equity owned companies, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Mark is an M&D co-practice leader for Citrin Cooperman as well as Global M&D leader for Moore. Mark also serves on Citrin Cooperman's executive committee.
