Moore North America can today announce the appointment of Megan Carley as Regional Director, effective 1 June 2026. In this role, she will lead regional strategy and member firm engagement across North America.
Kristen Clark, who has served as Interim Regional Director, will hand over the role to Megan following a period of steady leadership for the region. Moore North America is grateful for Kristen’s contribution during the interim period and for the experience and continuity she brought to the position.
Megan has been with Moore North America since 2021, most recently serving as Regional Head of Engagement, and previously as Head of Programs and Partnerships. In these roles, she has led engagement, collaboration and learning initiatives across the region, helping connect member firms, strengthen relationships and support leadership development. As Regional Director, she will focus on strengthening Moore North America’s market position, deepening collaboration and supporting member firms as they help clients navigate a changing business environment.
