Andrew specializes in providing corporate income tax advice for Canadian corporations and their shareholders. He has extensive experience with clients in IT, real estate, manufacturing, and start-up companies. Andrew also specializes in international tax services, including cross border transactions. He has a broad range of experience assisting clients with estate planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as personal tax and retirement planning. Andrew is a graduate of McGill University and obtained his CA designation in 1996. He has taught the CICA In-Depth Tax course and is frequently involved in in-house instruction on complex tax issues, both as a presentation developer and instructor. He is a member of the CICA and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
