Principal

Angelo Coppolino has been a member of the MSPC team for over 35 years and has been a member of the firm's Executive Committee for the past 10 years. His experience includes working with both publicly and privately-held businesses. Angelo is very active in mergers and acquisitions not only from an accounting, consulting and tax standpoint but also in assisting to locate buyers, sellers, and funding sources.

As an SEC accounting and business consulting expert, Angelo helps clients address U.S. financial reporting and compliance issues, as well as any international accounting and tax issues which may arise during the process of establishing, acquiring or liquidating companies in foreign countries. He has hands-on experience in the practical interpretation and application of rules regulating publicly-traded companies from the Securities and Exchange Commission, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Angelo directly manages the audit and reporting requirements of several publicly-held clients whose revenues range from $20 million to $300 million. He and the firm have provided service to clients in Australia, Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. He has played a key role in the public offerings of start up companies that have listed on NASDAQ.

Angelo's clients also include Taft-Hartley benefit plans. He ensures compliance with the professional standards of the Department of Labor and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

Hobbies & Interests
Angelo enjoys playing golf, watching sports, particularly baseball and football, and reading. He and his wife, Carol, have been married for 35 years and have two daughters, ages 31 and 21.
