Bob has more than 20 years of tax experience with commercial companies in many industries including manufacturing, services, retail, technology and distribution. His technical knowledge includes corporate, partnership, S corporation taxation, and individual taxation as well as extensive experience with ASC 740, accounting for income taxes and accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. He has experience with both publicly traded, as well as privately held companies, with domestic and international operations. Bob has also worked extensively with IFRS 12 reporting packages for international companies with inbound operations into the United States.
