Chief Planning & Development Officer Eduardo Dyer joined the firm in October 2006 as an Executive Coach. In October 2013, he was appointed Chief Planning & Development Officer; he is responsible for organizational development, business strategic planning, coaching and mentoring, marketing, advertising, communication, professional training and processes areas. He has served as President of the Mexican Association of Arms Manufacturers, President of the Plastic Manufacturers Association, Vice President of the Furniture Manufacturers Council of Canacintra, and Vice President of the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children and Member of the Board of several companies. He is member of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and the International Leadership Association (ILA). He has been a speaker at the American Management Association (Mexico) and AMEDIRH (The Human Resources Director´s Association), and professor of International Marketing at the American Alliant University (Campus Mexico City). He represented Mexico at the International Sales and Marketing Congress in Guadalajara and Peru, as well as at the International Leadership Association.
