She is part of the firms Technology and Emerging Growth audit practice and provides audit services to publicly traded and venture capital-funded private companies in the software, internet, electronics and semiconductor segments. She also has over 6 years of experience working with cryptocurrency and blockchain companies. She advises companies in a wide range of areas, including revenue recognition, equity accounting and business combinations. Additionally, she consults on SEC registration and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Heather is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in accounting.
