Jenna is a Partner and the Property Tax Services practice leader at Brown Smith Wallace. With 30 years of experience, she has worked in all aspects of property tax, including valuation, negotiation, research, planning, compliance and administration. Jenna’s specialty is managing large outsourced engagements for clients within the telecommunications, retail, renewable energy and manufacturing industries. Compliance and consulting services include business personal property, due diligence and real estate appeals. Jenna has ten years of Big Four experience, beginning at Arthur Andersen and transitioning to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Prior to joining Andersen, Jenna was a Property Tax Manager at Premcor, a multi-million dollar oil and gas retailer and refiner. She also has 10 years of experience working as an assessor in Texas. Having graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia, Jenna is a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI). She obtained her Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA) and Certified Tax Administrator (CTA) designations while working in Texas.
