I am an Audit Partner for HCVT’s Long Beach office and have over 20 years of experience in public accounting providing audit and review services, as well as M&A due diligence, including buy-side and sell-side Quality of Earnings reports, to middle market companies primarily in the Los Angeles area. Prior to joining HCVT, I was an audit manager for KPMG LLP in Los Angeles, where I gained extensive experience with auditing a variety of public and privately held companies. I have served clients in all phases of the business cycle ranging from start-ups, rapid growth to mature companies.
