Tom is the Founder and Senior Counsel of The Bonadio Group, which he founded in 1978. Since that time, Tom has devoted his efforts to serving commercial companies in the Rochester area and helping the firm grow from two people to its present size of over 750 employees. Tom specializes in providing business advice to privately-held companies and their owners with a particular emphasis on helping privately-held companies maximize their value and return to shareholders. He works with a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, professional services and real estate, and is particularly well versed in mergers and acquisitions from strategic through financial implications. Tom is active in community life. Tom has served as adjunct faculty at the Rochester Institute of Technology and as a Trustee and Chairman of the Accounting Advisory Board of St. John Fisher College. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. John Fisher College. Tom has a B.B.A in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
