The Moore North America Dynamic Growth Academy (DGA) completed its fourth program, graduating 8 participants from 5 member firms.

“These participants began their leadership journey with the DGA in 2020,” said Moore North America Executive Director Ellen O’Sullivan. “While most people were still adjusting to the pandemic-related changes at work, this group of leaders stepped up to the challenge. These graduates have shown us through their fortitude that they truly are the next leaders of Moore.”

The 2022 Cohort 4 graduates are:

  • Tammy DeVries, Topel Forman
  • Stephanie Hardt, Armanino
  • Allison Jasper, Armanino
  • Tyler Mitchell, Doeren Mayhew
  • Todd Reich, Armanino
  • Mark Rupolo, Lurie
  • Rochelle Venditteli, Doeren Mayhew
  • Jonathan Wang, HCVT
This program features leadership development training from The Center for Character-based Leadership (CCBL). The first session kicked off virtually in November 2020 to accommodate COVID-19 restrictions and had their final session in-person in May, finally meeting their peers face-to-face. The program included four two-day sessions, as well as individual coaching, peer coaching and mentor support.

The program garnered interest from firms across the United States and Canada, including participants from 7 different member firms. While much of the program’s opportunity for networking was limited to online connections, participants took advantage of their time during this unique experience, including additional one-on-one coaching and virtual meetups.

CCBL provides coaching focused on the complexity of leading in the top two to three levels of organizations and the talent they are developing to step into that space.

“We found this group to be exceptionally resilient and engaged to grow as leaders,” said Sandy Reeser, CCBL. “This past year brought new meaning to 'stepping out of your comfort zone,' and they took risks, asked for honest feedback, tried new behaviors and integrated learnings from their efforts.”
