Jon Klerowski, CPA, ABV, CFE has joined the firm’s Business Advisory Practice as a Principal. As our client base and range of services continues to expand, Jon’s skillset complements those of the other talented professionals on the team.
Jon has over 18 years of experience advising executive management, boards of directors, and their counsel on accounting, financial reporting and modeling,
business valuation and
forensic accounting matters.
Jon assists legal counsel on cases such as internal investigations, SEC reporting matters, complex accounting, white-collar defense matters, corporate governance investigations, and
business dispute matters including damages analyses, lost profits and purchase price disputes. He has also provided expert witness testimony and appeared before the SEC to present investigative findings.
Jon is a graduate of Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is also a graduate of Suffolk University with a Master of Business Administration.
