Dan has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services to closely-held businesses. Dan takes a proactive approach and stays involved with his clients throughout the year, going beyond compliance-related services to add value for his clients in a variety of ways. Given Dan’s combination of tax planning and financial reporting skills, he is in a unique position to help business owners achieve their goals. Dan leads and works closely with our ABAS team that provides CFO/Business Advisory as well as Accounting & Bookkeeping support. He helps owners structure their businesses in the early stages of development through their later years.
Dawn has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining DGC, Dawn successfully led HR departments for employers in both the professional service and non-profit industries. She has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources management including staffing and recruiting, compensation, employee relations, performance management, benefit management, professional development, training and organizational development. Dawn is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
